God cares that your thinking gets better before your situation gets better. Jesus did not tell a storm to stand still, without prioritizing internal dominion. Communications with His father produced internal dominion, making external dominion a secondary matter. We see the same principle with Joshua, when he tells the sun to stand still. In the life of Joshua prioritizing internal dominion was a foundational practice. The bible shows us that Joshua would linger in God's presence. Moses and Elijah had these similar practices evident in their life. Believer, God cares that there is great peace in you, before there is great peace around you. It's not a matter of neglecting one or the other but rather, practicing the correct spiritual priorities.
