The Lords proximity to mankind is primarily dependent on His Grace & Kindness. Secondarily it's contingent on the humans desire to call on Him. Call on Him and He will come close. It'simportant to know that envoirments birth desires. When the environment of the child of God is in anyway contrary to Gods protocol, the child of God will struggle to find a desire to call on Him. There's no need to struggle in your prayer life, rather position yourself in environments that birth desires for His presence.
